  2. We strongly recommend that you regularly back up all data from the transcend product. Transcend shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any program or data stored on the failed transcend product and shall not be responsible for data recovery, backup, or any charge(s) arising therefrom.
  3. Limitations: Warranty shall not apply to the transferees of Transcend products and/or anyone who stands to profit from this Warranty without Transcend's prior written authorization.
  4. Limited Lifetime Warranty: Transcend Products are covered by this Warranty for the life of the product
  5. Replacement service is only available for end customers. Retailers and Resellers should be redirected to their respective distributors for after sales service.
